How do I choose my size?

Measure your chest and match it to the chart on the product page. If you're between sizes, size up for comfort or down for firmer compression. There's also a “Not sure? Find my size” tool in the buy box that takes your height and weight.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Email us your chest measurement and we'll confirm the right one before you order. That's faster than guessing and returning.

How strong is the compression?

Flexible, everyday compression designed to smooth rather than restrict.

Can SH4PE be worn all day?

It's designed for everyday wear. Comfort varies by body and preference — start with a few hours and build up.

Will it show underneath clothing?

It's designed to stay discreet under everyday outfits. Lighter, thinner fabrics may show seams more than structured ones.

How do I wash it?

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Air dry flat to preserve the compression fibres.

Does SH4PE permanently change my body?

No. SH4PE creates a temporary smoothing and shaping effect while worn. It does not cause weight loss or changes to body composition.

When will my order be dispatched?

Within 24 hours of ordering. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.

How long does delivery take?

Free tracked delivery takes 5–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Free tracked shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.

What is the 60-day fit guarantee?

If the size or fit isn't right, contact us within 60 days and we'll help you sort it, in line with our Refund Policy.
